MICHELLE ARIAS
With more than 17 years of experience in the legal field, she has a degree in Law and Political Science with a Master's in Banking and Financial Law. Specialized in Corporate Law, International Judicial Procedure and Commercial Law. His career includes positions in the public and private sectors, including Chief of Staff of the Vice Ministry of Finance of the MEF, VP of Risk of Mundial Asset Management, Manager of Government Relations and Public Policies of Procter & Gamble, and Legal Counsel of Grupo Verde Azul, Legal Counsel of Banco Nacional de Panamá. Provides advice on investment risks, coordination of financial transactions in relevant projects, such as the free trade agreement with Colombia and the financing of the Panama Metro.
ELENA ACHAR
With 15 years of experience in Public Affairs and Public Policy, he leads the formulation of policies to promote investments and high-impact developments. His strategic focus on communication and public affairs allows him to participate in relevant debates. He has held important positions and advised governments in Central America and the Caribbean. She is Vice President of Energy at CONCANACO SERVYTUR and a member of the IWF. In addition, she is a founding partner of Estrategia Latam and Mujeres Conectadas. Recognized for her leadership, she received awards as an Exceptional Woman of Excellence from the WEF. Elena has left a significant mark in the business and political arena.
NEDSKY ALBURQUERQUE
With more than 18 years focused on hotel management and experience in 6 destinations, including All Inclusive Resorts and 3, 4 and 5 star hotels in Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, Panama and Havana. He has established relationships with Directors of Expansion and VP of Development of international chains and operators, participating in the purchase and sale of tourist properties through proptech brokerage and advisory firms in Real Estate. He specializes in supporting projects that need financing, providing comprehensive hotel advice and analysis to their owners, managing properties hotels or renew brands for the Caribbean, Panama, Mexico and Spain.
